Boy Choy Stir Fry

SUGGESTED INGREDIENTS

  • Shanghai Meatless Meatballs
  • Bok Choy
  • Red peppers
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Plum Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare Shanghai Meatless Meatballs as directed. 
  2. Stir fry bok choy, red peppers & mushrooms on high heat till soft but not over cooked.
  3. Place stir fry on a plate with Shanghai Meatless Meatballs and a dollop of plum sauce.

Slightly Pickled Salad

SUGGESTED INGREDIENTS

  • Shanghai Meatless Meatballs
  • Head of Chinese (Savoy) Cabbage
  • 1 cup vinegar
  •  cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Carrots
  • Sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thinly slice Chinese Cabbage.
  2. Place cabbage in a bowl with vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.
  3. Let sit to "pickle" for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare Shanghai Meatless Meatballs as directed.
  5. Julien (thinly slice) carrots.
  6. Drain Cabbage, place on plate with carrots and Shanghai Meatless Meatballs.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and enjoy!
